For four years I had easy access to the lakefront.

I wish I’d made a trip there daily, sand in my toes and wind in my hair.

With the number of days I now spend on the road, I must make time for myself,

to be outside, to create, to explore, and to listen for my creative voice.

Every step towards the water is a natural expression of the beauty that is all around us.

And this natural beauty repeats itself. . .

. . . time and time again.
